Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study includes all adult patients capable of providing informed consent who undergo surgical treatment for stenosing tenosynovitis at the BG Clinic Tübingen during the specified period. There is no upper age limit
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cognitive impairment (MoCA Test < 26 points). Minors (< 18 years) as well as so-called vulnerable groups.

| Three months postoperatively, symptom severity, quality of life, and psychosocial factors are evaluated. Assessment is conducted through clinical examination of the hand and the following questionnaires: Michigan Hand Questionnaire (MHQ), EuroQol-5 Dimensions (EQ-5D), Patient Health Questionnaire-4 (PHQ-4), Pain Catastrophizing Scale (PCS), and the Revised Illness Perception Questionnaire (IPQ-R), as well as additional questions regarding hand function and treatment satisfaction. | — |
