Group 1: In the first semester of their studies, participants receive a questionnaire on their eating habits, stress levels and attitudes towards nutrition, which they are free to complete on a volunt

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First-semester student at the University of Lübeck in the following degree programmes: Nutritional Medicine (B.Sc.), Psychology (B.Sc.) and Medicine Sufficient language skills in German or English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insufficient language skills in German and English
