Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Belonging to one of the groups mentioned - Voluntary consent - Provision of information on medical and cannabis history - Individual assessment of the reasonableness of the measures associated with participation in the study - Minimum age in group 2: 21 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Expectation or possibility of an increased risk of complications during the procedures to be performed - Lack of capacity to give consent - Lack of willingness to cooperate - Group 2: pregnant and breastfeeding individuals and, following individual assessment, individuals with physical or mental impairments if the health risk associated with participation in the study is increased by the respective impairment - Group 2: CUDIT-R score of 13 or higher

Correlation of the identified biomarkers in blood and urine samples in relation to the individual cannabis use behaviour (including CUDIT-R score; CUDIT = Cannabis Use Disorders Identification Test)
