Group 1: No control group, histologically poorly perfused soft tissue sarcoma with curative intent

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: High-grade soft tissue sarcomas, low perfusion (G2 and G3) Curative treatment (no distant metastases) Normal coagulation parameters (Quick, pTT, platelet count)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of consent Fever > 38.5 Contraindication MRI
