Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoint is the development of an evidence-based, practice-relevant, and both region-focused and generalizable set of measures to address the current challenges in the care sector (population structure, structure of care provision, and development/shortage of nursing staff). This set of measures will be based on the 68 action options of the Niedersächsischen Ministeriums für Soziales, Arbeit, Gesundheit und Gleichstellung (NMSGG), with the subsequent separate implementation and evaluation of selected measures in Upper Franconia. A key feature of the study design is that the final determination of the measures to be implemented and evaluated as well as the associated primary and secondary endpoints is a constitutive component of the research process.
