Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Mild cognitive impairment (MoCA® Blind Score 13-18 points) - Age: 60 years and older - Sufficient German language skills -Ability to independently answer and make telephone calls - Written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - clinical diagnosis of dementia (according to ICD-10) - hearing or communication impairment - previous illness that could jeopardise safe participation in the intervention (e.g. severe cardiovascular disease, severe depression) - serious mobility impairment - life expectancy < 6 months
