Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals free from serious pathologies or functional limitations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with acute or unstable chronic conditions that may increase risk during physical exertion (e.g., unstable cardiovascular diseases, severe respiratory diseases), significant mobility limitations such as advanced osteoporosis or the use of walking aids, cognitive impairments or neurological disorders that prevent independent participation, and current participation in other studies or training interventions.

MeasureTime frame
Objective cognitive and dual-task performance assessed using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) and Timed Up and Go Dual-Task (TUG-DT); objective mobility performance assessed using the Timed Up and Go (TUG), Sit-to-Stand (STS) test, gait speed, handgrip dynamometry, and Icaros Guardian Balance Assessment; measured pre-intervention, after 3 weeks, and after 6 weeks.
