Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Adult patients over 18 years -Admission to the trauma or burn intensive care unit at BG Klinikum Hamburg -At least one surgery during the ICU stay -ICU stay of at least 48 hours -Capacity to understand information and provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Death during the intensive care stay -Non-German-speaking (< B1 level) -Pre-existing cognitive impairments (e.g., dementia-related changes) -SCI, ASIA type A/B
