Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All study participants are recruited from the following regions: La Mé, Nawa, Haut-Sassandra, Marahoué, Lôh-Djiboua, Indénié-Djuablin Work Package 1: Eligible participants are caregivers (=18 years) residing in one of the selected regions in Côte d'Ivoire with a child aged 12–23 months or a girl aged 9 to 14 years in the household. For the qualitative component, healthcare workers, community leaders, and management staff at the district and regional level are also eligible. Work Package 2: For the qualitative component, eligible participants include representatives of private health facilities, management staff of the public health sector at district and regional levels, healthcare personnel, and caregivers of children.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Work Package 1: Caregivers younger than 18 years, those who do not provide informed consent, or those without a child aged 12–23 months and without a girl aged 9 to 14 years in the household will be excluded. Individuals unable to participate due to health or language barriers will also be excluded. Work Package 2: - over-the-counter pharmaceutical sellers
