MeasureTime frame
Concentration of circulating ASC specks in serum measured by flow cytometry immediately before exercise (T0), immediately after exercise (T1), and 24 hours after exercise (T2), once without and once after drinking tea (alant root).

Interleukin concentrations at the same time points (e.g., interleukin 1ß, interleukin 6, interleukin 18 measured by ELISA in serum) and muscle stress parameters (e.g., CK)
