Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Current professional activity in the following areas within the participating hospitals: -Medical staff in anesthesiology -Nursing staff in anesthesiology -Medical staff in surgical departments -Nursing staff in surgical departments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Absence during the enrollment period for any reason (e.g., parental leave, illness, rotation to another hospital etc.) -Minority
