MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome measure is negative emotionality, measured using the DASS-21 (Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scales). The questionnaire is completed at the beginning and end of the study.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcome measure is mood measured using the PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index). The questionnaire is completed at the beginning and end of the study.
