Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged between 18 and 35 to ensure a homogeneous sample. Voluntary participation in the study. Providing informed consent (declaration of consent). Professional or semi-professional handball players who have trained regularly in the last month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of consent to participate in the study. Severe acute or chronic illnesses that have prevented regular training in the last month. Injuries requiring long-term rehabilitation, such as ligament injuries requiring surgery, fractures, persistent or chronic musculoskeletal pain, existing diagnosed sleep disorders, in particular: severe insomnia, narcolepsy, sleep apnoea, and the use of medications specifically used to treat these disorders.
