Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patient has signed the informed consent form to participate in the study. - Initial diagnosis of a gynecological neoplasm or the presence of a previously treated neoplasm. - atient agrees to and is able to comply with all study-related requirements (e.g., adherence to the required oral initial intake and participation in follow-up appointments and treatments).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Immunosuppression (e.g., leukemia) - Active systemic diseases (active systemic diseases such as tuberculosis, collagen diseases, multiple sclerosis, AIDS-related illnesses) - Status post organ transplantation - Severe internal medical conditions, e.g., severe decompensated organ disease of the heart, liver, or kidneys, or uncontrolled diabetes mellitus - Pregnancy - Inability to follow post-operative instructions - Inability to attend the scheduled follow-up appointments - Insufficient adherence to study-related requirements.

MeasureTime frame
Correlation of a positive detection of Fusobacterium nucleatum in the oral swab with gynecological disease – verification of the gynecological condition (endometriosis, cervical cancer, breast cancer) after inclusion, collection of an oral swab during the first study visit, and analysis by a specialized laboratory.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Influence of oral rehabilitation on primary disease progression - correlation of number for oral restoration sites and potential indication of cavitation diagnoses - correlation for oral findings to tumor parameters
