Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Group 1: BMI > 30 and eating disorder diagnosis with binge-eating behavior (ICD-10 F50.8/.9) • Group 2: 18 < BMI < 25 and no current mental illness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Insufficient German language skills; pregnancy within the last two years or breastfeeding; neurological disorders affecting facial expression; facial procedures or conditions affecting facial muscle function; medications significantly affecting facial muscle function; acute psychiatric crisis; active substance use disorders; severe cardiovascular diseases; acute metabolic disorders
