| In a crossover design, neurological patients with mobility impairments who are undergoing early rehabilitation (Phase B) complete three sessions of a virtual forest-bathing intervention and one control intervention. The timing of the control condition (Day 2, 3, or 4) is randomly assigned. The primary outcome is the pre-post change in state anxiety (State subscale of the State–Trait Anxiety Inventory; STAI; Grimm, 2009) during the VR intervention on the last day of intervention compared to the pre–post change during the control intervention. | — |
