Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Routine data: individuals with any respiratory infection (cohort 1), with a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis (cohort 2) and individuals with any other respiratory infection (cohort 3) -Qualitative study: adult patients from the Munich region and the wider Bavaria area who either have a confirmed diagnosis of Long COVID or self-report having experienced Long COVID in the past or currently

Exclusion criteria: Persons under the age of 18, healthy persons, persons not living in Bavaria
