Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: elective duodeno-pancreatectomy or total pancreatectomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - emergency surgery - other surgery 30 days before - BMI 50kg/m2 - planed simultaneous second procedure with involvement of the intestinal tract - severe active enteritis or colitis, malabsorption, enteric infections - severe pancreatitis
