Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients = 18 years of age with a history of cardiac surgery (elective or emergency) using cardiopulmonary bypass and AKI stage =2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any renal replacement therapy (chronic renal insufficiency stage G5d: hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis), kidney transplantation

Primary endpoint: Frequency of dialysis dependence at D90 Follow-up call at D90 Data collection in RedCap

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary project objectives: Mortality, MAKE (dialysis dependency, Scr, GFR) and MACE (stroke, acute myocardial infarction, new-onset cardiac arrhythmia, decompensated heart failure, intervention due to PAD, minor or major amputation due to PAD at D 28, 90, 180 and 365 (except dialysis dependency at D90)
