Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults capable of giving consent; fluent German language skills; Ownership of a smartphone/tablet with the ability to use mobile data; willingness to install an app on the smartphone/tablet, allow PUSH notifications, and establish internet access during testing; plans to spend the next 14 days in one's own household; SCD group: clinical diagnosis; depression group: clinical diagnosis (F32.0, F32.1, F32.2, F33.0, F33.1, F33.2 according to ICD)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mild cognitive impairment (MCI, MOCA < 24 according to Thomann et al. 2020); significant sensorimotor problems; circumstances that interfere with study participation; controls and SCD: current depressive episode; Controls: SCD with concerns; other significant psychiatric disorders either at baseline or in the past (e.g., psychotic disorder, bipolar disorder, substance abuse); Dementia or other neurodegenerative disease (e.g., neurodegenerative disease other than AD, vascular dementia); stroke with persistent clinical symptoms; inclusion in another study that could potentially interfere with the current study
