Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimal cerebral dysfunction or demanding life circumstances

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute suicidality, insufficient German language skills

MeasureTime frame
Outcome criteria: Improvement in functional ability status, coping with job, symptom burden, coping with stress, resilience, wisdom-related competence, and perceived burden associated with specific learning difficulties. Assessment time points: After the third intervention session and at 6-week follow-up. Measurement instruments: Sociodemographic Questionnaire, Extended MCD-TLS Checklist, Likert Scale for Coping Competence, Mini-ICF-APP, Brief Resilience Scale, Job Coping Inventory (JoCoRi), SCL-9-K, 12-WD
