| The study has two main objectives: Firstly, it examines the correlation between the preoperative ultrasound-determined location of the perforators – including their passage through the fascia and their intramuscular course – and the corresponding CT angiography findings. As part of the preparation for surgery, an examination lasting approximately 20-30 minutes is planned. During this examination, relevant anatomical structures in the surgical area are visualised using ultrasound. Ultrasound examination is a safe, widely used, non-invasive method that poses no additional risks. Patients are informed personally and through a patient information sheet and patient consent form. Patients are informed personally and provided with patient information and a patient consent form. | — |

| Secondly, it analyses the relationship between the preoperative sonographically measured volume flow per perforator (in ml/min) and the intraoperative perfusion data collected using ICG fluorescence angiography and quantitative flow measurement. | — |
