The study investigates the regeneration of hard and soft tissues following dental implant placement using different healing approaches after tooth loss.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Immediate implant placement directly after tooth extraction. Sufficient bone volume to allow immediate implant placement. Adjacent teeth present to serve as reference points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Systemic diseases (such as diabetes mellitus) • Previous radiation therapy • Antiresorptive therapy • Smokers of more than 10 cigarettes per day • Untreated periodontitis or dental caries • Patients under 18 years of age • Poor oral hygiene or lack of compliance • Missing adjacent teeth • Insufficient apical bone volume (minimum 3 mm required) • Extensive inflammation • Compromised buccal alveolar wall • Immediate loading or immediate provisionalization • Insertion torque below 30 Ncm
