Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients for female-to-male mastectomy between June 2025 and June 2026 - Adults capable of giving informed consent - Written consent - German language skills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with known chronic chest pain - Breast surgery for other reasons (not gender reassignment surgery) - Previous breast surgery - Refusal to consent
