Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: insured with the German Pension Insurance North Bavaria medical rehabilitation program in one of the cooperating inpatient rehabilitation centers during the recruitment period
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - medical indications oncology, psychosomatics, addictive disorders, rehabilitation measures for children and adolescents - AHB procedure (“Anschlussheilbehandlung”; medical rehabilitation immediately after hospitalization, e.g., following myocardial infarction or surgery) - severe cognitive impairment - lack of understanding of the German language
