Group 1: Retrospective analysis of all patients who underwent surgical treatment for acute type A aortic dissection.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients = 18 years of age, male or female Acute Stanford type A aortic dissection with emergency surgery (within 12 hours after hospital admission)

Exclusion criteria: None

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Postoperative complications during hospital stay: cerebrovascular events (stroke, delirium), wound healing disorders, mechanical circulatory support, atrial fibrillation, postoperative pulmonary complications, renal failure.
