Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: varus knee osteoarthritis, radiologically classified as Kellgren-Lawrence grade 4 written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: history of inflammatory arthritis, prior knee surgery, cruciate or collateral ligament instability, valgus deformity, or a history of septic arthritis
