Group 1: Retrospective analysis of all dialysis-dependent patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention between the years 2015 and 2024 at the heart center Bad Krozingen.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • End-stage renal failure on regular dialysis • Diagnosed coronary artery disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Acute kidney failure requiring only temporary dialysis • Kidney transplantation during the observation period • Lack of clinical follow-up data

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Time to the combined outcome of MACE (non-fatal stroke, non-fatal myocardial infarction, cardiovascular death).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Time to the individual outcomes: Myocardial infarction (defined by Hicks et al.), stroke (defined by Hicks et al.), cardiovascular death, all-cause death, bleeding (defined by ISTH), repeat PCI, cardiac decompensation, hospital stay.
