Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Incidence of hypoxemia (any episode with SpO2 < 90%) during the ERCP procedure. Data are collected continuously using pulse oximetry, with events automatically recorded and confirmed by the anesthesia team. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Mean SpO2 during the procedure, final arterial SaO2, PaO2, and PaCO2 values (arterial blood gases at start and end of procedure), and correlation of these parameters with BMI and ASA classification. | — |
