Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Module 1: All waiting persons (patients and relatives/accompanying persons) aged 18 and over who visit the CCM emergency department on foot and potential users Module 2: All users of the registration technology Interviews: see Module 1 Module 3: All users of the registration technology

Exclusion criteria: Minors and persons who are incapable of giving consent.

MeasureTime frame
The main objective of this project is to conduct a feasibility study on the use of a new registration technology (a robot and a registration terminal) with multilingual communication capability and the possible possibility of non-invasive “pre-triage” with medical technology in the demarcated waiting area of the Central Emergency Department of the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin (CCM). After interacting with the robot, patients and relatives will be asked about the possibilities and limitations of robot use and acceptance using an interview guide based on dimensions of the Godspeed questionnaire and the acceptance factors of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT).
