Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Users of psychiatric services over the age of 18 at the three recruitment locations: Early Detection Center “Fru¨h dran,” Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic, Center for Mental Health: Day clinic for young people in Dresden who are suspected of having a mental illness or who contact a participating center themselves or are referred with corresponding suspected diagnoses. - Declaration of consent to participate in the study - Sufficient knowledge of German - Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer - Subsequent treatment by an approving healthcare provider
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Inability to give informed consent - Acute psychiatric or other conditions that would prevent safe and meaningful use of the app. - Vulnerable groups (children, individuals who cannot give consent, emergency patients, pregnant women/nursing mothers)
