Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - No physical or cognitive impairments that significantly affect quality of life or daily activities. - Able to walk independently for at least 10 minutes without assistive devices. - No surgeries under general anesthesia in the past 6 months. - Living independently and able to manage daily activities without assistance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: - Acute or chronic medical conditions that prevent safe participation in physical activity or cognitive training. - Significant neurological, musculoskeletal, or cardiovascular disorders affecting mobility or balance. - Severe cognitive impairment or diagnosed dementia. - Uncorrected vision or hearing impairments that would interfere with task performance. - Recent surgery under general anesthesia within the last 6 months. - Dependence on walking aids or inability to walk independently for at least 10 minutes. - Participation in other structured motor-cognitive training programs during the study period.
