Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy participants = 18 years of age. Inclusion Criteria: - Age Module A: 18-67 years Module B: 18-40 years male/female, balanced age and gender distribution - BMI: within the normal range or overweight, but not obese (generally 18.5 to < 30 kg/m2) - physically and mentally healthy - Non-smokers - A prerequisite for participation is sufficient language comprehension to fully grasp the content of the patient information and the consent form and to be able to make informed decisions. - A prerequisite for participation is agreement to be informed about potential medical incidental findings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Strict vegetarianism / veganism - Current weight loss diet / fasting or other special diet - Regular intake of protein supplements (nutritional supplements) in the last 6 months - Lactose, gluten intolerance or incompatibility - Any allergies requiring medical treatment, especially against birch, dust mites, crustaceans, mollusks, milk, tomato, nuts, soy - Participation in other intervention studies - Irregular day-night rhythm (e.g., in shift work) - Extreme athletes (male/female) (>2 hours of high-intensity sport per day) - Pregnant or breastfeeding women - Unstable thyroid dysfunction - Diabetes mellitus - Allergic asthma and bronchial asthma - Acquired or hereditary blood clotting disorders - Known liver or kidney diseases - Heart attack or stroke in the past - Consuming diseases and existing tumor disease within the last 2 years - Unintended weight loss of more than 10% in the last 6 months - Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract - Bariatric surgery in the past - No neurological, psychosomatic or psychiatric disorders except occasional headaches - Regular medication: Exceptions: hormonal contraception, L-thyroxine - Alcohol consumption >14 servings per week (One serving of alcohol corresponds to a glass of beer or wine. A glass of spirits counts as two glasses of beer.) - Consumption of illegal drugs in the week before the experiment
