Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Age >= 18 years old • Fluent in English or German • Informed Consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Loss of hearing • Presence of colorblindness • Presence of a neurological disease • Presence of epilepsy • Presence of a neurodevelopmental disorder • Substance abuse (for example, alcohol, drugs, or other) • Doctor’s recommendation (or self-assessment) not to perform stressful tasks • Participation in another intervention study during the study period

Correct classification (binary) of a digitized version of the Stroop task. This will be assessed continuously during the intervention as well as the baseline phase.	—
