Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients who have undergone elective minimally invasive aortic valve replacement between 1 Jul 2022 and 31 Oct 2025 are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who did not discontinue preoperative medication affecting blood coagulation in a timely manner (DOAC > 48 hours, ADP receptor antagonists 5 days) are excluded. Patients with congenital coagulation disorders, thrombocytopenia, and end-stage renal failure are also excluded.
