Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Health-related quality of life and functional impairment of Ukrainian war is measured with WHOQOL-BREF Time Frame: At baseline (at the time of decision to transfer patient to rehabilitation)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS) The AIS is an anatomically-based injury severity scoring system. It classifies each injury by body region on a six point scale, with 1 being minor, 5 severe, and 6 an unsurvivable injury. [Time Frame: At baseline (at the time of decision to transfer patient to rehabilitation)] 2. Injury Severity Score (ISS) The Injury Severity Score (ISS) is a standardized method for assessing the severity of injuries in patients with multiple trauma. It’s calculated by identifying the three most severely injured body regions and summing the squares of their respective Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS) scores. The ISS ranges from 3 to 75, with higher scores indicating more severe injuries. An ISS of 75 is automatically assigned if any injury is given an AIS of 6 (currently untreatable). [Time Frame: At baseline (at the time of decision to transfer patient to rehabilitation)] 3. Age Age is measured by chart review. [Time Frame: At baseline (at the time of decision to transfer patient to rehabilitation)] 4. Gender Gender Region is measured by chart review. [Time Frame: At baseline (at the time of decision to transfer patient to rehabilitation)] 5. Region of origin Region of origin is measured by chart review. [Time Frame: At baseline (at the time of decision to transfer patient to rehabilitation)] 6. Pre-existing conditions Pre-existing conditions is measured by chart review. [Time Frame: At baseline (at the time of decision to transfer patient to rehabilitation)] 7. Medication Medication is measured by chart review. [Time Frame: At baseline (at the time of decision to transfer patient to rehabilitation)] 8. Length of hospital stay in acute care Length of hospital stay in acute care is measured by chart review.
