Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Symptoms of complex posttraumatic stress disorder - Sufficient German language skills, reading and writing ability - Access to the internet and an internet-enabled device - Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Ongoing threat or danger posed by perpetrator(s) - Acute suicidality - Current substance dependence or (severe) substance abuse - Dissociative disorders or severe dissociative symptoms - other current psychotherapeutic treatment - Changes in the dosage of psychotropic drugs within the last 6 weeks - Cognitive or physical impairments that would limit participation in therapy on a written basis

symtoms of (complex) posttraumatic stress using the German Version of the International Trauma Questionnaire (ITQ; Christen et al., 2021) - timepoints of measurement: pre-intervention (baseline), post intervention (Post), Follow-Up-Measurements after 3 months and 6 months after post-intervention measurement (FU1, FU2)
