| The endpoints (target criteria) of the study are to be recorded as follows: The primary endpoint consists of collecting usable data sets from more than 30 guided interviews with TIN* individuals and 4 focus groups with 6-7 individuals each. For the cross-sectional survey based on this, the sample size can only be calculated after the final definition of all intersectional groups. The data collection is planned to be a one-off, with the qualitative surveys starting in November 2025. The cross-sectional survey is planned for May 2026, and various validated questionnaires and scores will be used. The aim is to gain a better understanding of TIN* persons with (mental) disabilities in working life and the complex relationships between these factors. The planned study aims to expand existing scientific literature and examine the hitherto insufficiently researched area of TIN* persons with (mental) disabilities in a professional context more closely using various methods. | — |

| Part of the ViGeB* project (see www.vigeb.de) is to develop training measures for companies, training organisations, etc. and materials for TIN* individuals with (mental) disabilities based on the study results. Increased awareness should lead to the needs of TIN* individuals with (mental) disabilities being more strongly recognised and taken into account in the world of work. | — |
