Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Specific Phobia, Spider Type
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Psychiatric exclusion criteria (severe PTSD, psychotic disorder, bipolar disorder, suicidality, severe substance dependence) and somatic factors (stroke or myocardial infarction within the past two years); for other pre-existing physical conditions, a medical consultation is required.

| 1. Reduction in the severity of spider fear: Assessed using the instruments FAS (subjective fear) and SBQ (dysfunctional spider-related cognitions). These questionnaires are administered immediately after the initial consultation (T0), directly before the training day (T1), immediately after the training day (T2), and at two-month (T3) and six-month (T4) follow-ups after the training. 2. Remission of clinically relevant Specific Phobia, Spider Type, through training: Assessed based on the presence or absence of the diagnosis Specific Phobia, Spider Type using the Mini-DIPS (Diagnostic Interview for Mental Disorders) at T0 and T4. | — |
