Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Native speaker level German Employment or comparable position at the University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein Participation in surgery within the scope of one's own profession

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age under 18

MeasureTime frame
Questionnaires will be used after one, three, and six months to assess whether workplace-related quality of life (COPSOQ), perceived stress (PSS), resilience (BRS), self-efficacy perception (SSES), and safety perception (FTPS) have improved compared to the situation before the introduction of IORD.
