Inclusion criteria: Vocational training/qualification for nursing/care Previous experience working with people with dementia (at least 6 months)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No nursing/care-specific vocational training/qualification No or only brief previous experience working with people with dementia (< 6 months)

| Job satisfaction or self-fulfillment There are three measurement points for the study: t1 (before training), t2 (after training), and t3 (after 1.5 years). Job satisfaction and self-efficacy, as important sub-aspects, are measured at all three measurement points to determine whether participation in the training has a significant impact. The survey is conducted using a questionnaire based on a valid instrument such as the ABB job description form (Neuberger, 1976) or the SAZ job satisfaction scale (Fischer & Lück, 1972). It is assumed that participation has a positive impact. | — |
