Group 1: Prospective, non-interventional study 25 patients after surgical treatment of ACL ruptures with existing clinical anterior instability of the knee joint = 3 months and indication for revision

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • treated ACL ruptures with existing clinical anterior instability of the knee joint = 3 months and indication for revision surgery •knee laxity: side difference in the Lachmann-test using Rolimeter of = 4mm • physically active (Tegner Score =4) • healthy contralateral side • side difference in the single leg hop of = 10% • indication for prescription of a functional knee brace

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • injuries of the PCL • medial instability > Grad I according to Hughston
