| • Analysis of milk-reactive antibodies in peripheral blood at baseline using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect and quantify pre-existing milk-specific humoral immune responses. • Assessment of the impact of cow’s milk consumption on pro- and anti-inflammatory immune responses in peripheral blood, depending on the presence or absence of a milk-specific immune reactivity at baseline and after 8 and 12 weeks of intervention. For this purpose, a detailed immunophenotyping of B- and T-cell populations will be performed using flow cytometry (FACS). | — |
