Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: VKB injuries that are indicated for surgical treatment using a quadriceps tendon autograft
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients with injuries on the opposite side or other immobilizing injuries - Patients with recurrent injuries - Patients with higher-grade bone injuries, damage to the collateral ligament complex, meniscal root lesions, patellofemoral instability, cartilage damage, or higher-grade degenerative changes in the knee joint - Patients with underlying internal, oncological, or neurological diseases or generalized diseases of the musculoskeletal system - Patients with a history of vascular disease or DVT - Patients who have had intra-articular cortisone injections in the affected knee or have taken systemic steroids within the last 6 months - Previous knee joint injuries or knee operations with permanent functional impairment - Patients with cryoglobulinemia, Raynaud's syndrome, open wounds, or skin diseases in the area of the surgical site - Pregnancy or current desire to have children
