Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnoses of post-COVID syndrome (U09.9) or post-viral fatigue (G93.3) or myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (G93.3) 2. Presence of neurocognitive disorders (brain fog, memory, concentration, or word-finding difficulties) 3. Prescription of Ginkgo biloba at the first appointment 4. Age 18-65 years of any gender 5. Patients who attended their first and second appointments at the University Outpatient Clinic for Naturopathy and Prevention between June 1, 2023, and June 30, 2025 6. At least one follow-up appointment during or after taking Ginkgo biloba
