Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - enrolled at Heidelberg University during their clinical years (3rd to 6th year of medical school in Germany) - physically able to participate in the MIS training program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous laparoscopic experience in assisting more than 3 hours.

| Laparoscopic performance: The laparoscopic performance will be assessed during the three laparoscopic cholecystectomies after baseline assessment. Each procedure will be evaluated using the following parameters: 1. Total operative time (task performed <90min) 2. Number of complications 3. Complication Score for Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy (COMIC-LC) 4. Objective Structured Assessment of Technical Skills (OSATS) 5. Global Operative Assessment of Laparoscopic Skills (GOALS) | — |
