Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy test subjects >= 18 years and women of childbearing potential with contraception

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known pre-existing conditions (cardiac, gastrointestinal, pulmonary, metabolic, kidney and nervous system), regular cigarette or drug use, pregnant women or regular medication use (exception: contraception)

MeasureTime frame
Determination of the mean elasticity value (in kPa), measured using shear wave elastography, for the tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius and quadriceps femoris muscle groups of the lower limb of healthy adults at rest. Determination of the difference in the elasticity values (in kPa) of these muscle groups between the state before and immediately after maximum physical exertion.
