Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Binge-Eating-Disorder (BED)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No BED, acute suicidality, self-harm, substance use, psychotic symptoms, current psychotherapy or BED associated treatment (e.g., nutrition counseling), no informed-consent

Reduction in occurrence and severity of BED and emotional eating, improvement in emotional skills (pre-assessment (t0), post-assessment (t1, 10-12 weeks after intervention), follow-up (t2, 3 months after t1)).
