Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the criteria for the diagnosis of chronic heart failure, provide informed consent to participate in the study, and demonstrate willingness to attend follow-up visits at the heart failure outpatient clinic.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Patients unable to provide informed consent or under legal guardianship -Patients under 18 years of age -Pregnant women -Advanced malignant disease -Liver cirrhosis, Child C -Patients requiring dialysis
