psychological flexibility (MPFI) The primary endpoint is psychological flexibility, measured using the MPFI (Multidimensional Psychological Flexibility Inventory). The MPFI is a 60-item scale that measures the six dimensions of psychological flexibility and the six dimensions of psychological inflexibility postulated by the Hexaflex model within ACT. Participant data are collected at different time points via online surveys: before the intervention (baseline V0), immediately after completion (V1 - 12 weeks), after another 12 weeks (V2 = primary endpoint), and after 24 weeks (V3). The time window for each measurement is two weeks (V1 and V2) and four weeks (V3).
